For the VLF Secure Connect app (Google Play).

1. General Provisions

This Policy describes what data the VLF Secure Connect app may process, for what purposes, and how such data is protected.

By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. What Data May Be Processed

  • technical information about the device and app: app version, OS version, interface language;
  • diagnostic information: error codes, crash details, connection status data;
  • technical VPN session metadata: connection start/end time, selected server/region, connection state.

Data is processed only to the extent necessary to maintain service reliability, security, and quality improvements.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

  • content of user internet traffic;
  • browsing history;
  • content of DNS requests.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

  • to ensure stable VPN service operation;
  • to troubleshoot errors and incidents;
  • to protect infrastructure from abuse and technical failures;
  • to improve app functionality.

5. Payments and Google Play

If subscriptions or payments are made through Google Play, payment data is processed by Google according to its privacy policy and terms.

VLF Project does not receive users' bank card details.

6. Retention and Security

Technical and diagnostic data is stored for a limited period and only within the scope required for operations and service security.

We apply organizational and technical safeguards, including access restrictions, permission controls, and secure data channels.

7. Third-Party Sharing

Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data may be shared only when required for service operation, legal compliance, or infrastructure protection.
